Let go

What if in an instant everything changed. If for a brief moment the only encounter you had was a clear realization of yourself, and you just fell into being, suddenly shifted to an eternal experience of life. Every experience you have had is what has brought you to this current place of being. Do you often reflect on spirit? How do you define spirit, what is the essence that moves you? How do you interact with others in the most loving way? Who are you at your best? I ask myself these questions sometimes to no avail. Sometimes the only answer that seems accurate is I am here and I am now. Sometimes I just breathe, embrace the flowing ever changing nature of all things. Sometimes it takes darkness to appreciate the light. Sometimes in this life we help lift someone else up but sometimes we have to allow ourselves to be lifted by others. In the end, one thing is for certain, if you let go, and release yourself to the stream and flow of life you will find more peace while enjoying the ride sometimes, in this space between letting go and holding on, I forget who I am.

I wonder if i am the water flowing gently through the rocks. Or could I be the sun trickling through the trees, dropping silently in the forest nurturing the blissful budding branches. Find solace in the receding, ever present, consuming part of your mind. Turn inward and become that which you were always meant to be. Know that in this moment you are valuable, your breath is the life of the world, and your truth is the single most sought secret of the universe. Share with others your truth and you give of yourself. Do tell truth in light of god. I wonder about the interchangeable clearness of reality, and to what we are actually grasping in this moment. Letting go of all things, you can place your thoughts in the water, surround yourself with the flow and allow the words capturing you to drift delicately downstream.
